1990s Kyiv Metro Token – Ukraine Transport Token

1990s Kyiv Metro token from Ukraine, originally produced for use on the Kyiv underground transport system.

One side features the Ukrainian inscription “КИЇВ” beneath a geometric emblem, while the reverse displays a stylised Metro “M” symbol.

This example is believed to date from the 1990s and measures approximately 17 mm in diameter.

This is a circulated, pre-owned transport token and shows visible signs of age, handling, surface wear and patination consistent with previous use. These characteristics form part of the history and character of the piece.
