This vintage Casades boy figurine depicts a young character holding a small pipe, wearing a tall blue-grey hat, pale grey jacket and waistcoat, cream trousers and brown shoes. Approximately 23cm tall, the Spanish porcelain figure has a glossy finish and moulded flowers around the base. One figurine is included.
Spanish Porcelain Boy with Pipe
The boy stands with his right hand tucked into his pocket and the pipe held in his left hand. Blue eyes, softly coloured hair and pink flowers contrast with the muted clothing. The floral decoration continues around the back of the base.
The underside bears a printed Porcelanas Casades maker’s mark with Made in Spain wording. The exact production year has not been confirmed.
